I. SERVICE FEE & REGISTRATION

Documentation: A color photograph and copy of the Dam’s registration must be provided before service.
Definition of Litter: One (1) live puppy constitutes a litter.

IV. OWNER OF STUD AGREES TO:
Provide the Bitch owner with registration forms, pedigree info, and health certifications.
Promptly sign litter registration forms once all fees/terms are met.
Ensure the Stud is in good physical health and Brucellosis-free.
Provide a Return Stud Service (to the same Bitch) at no cost if no pregnancy results. If the original Stud is unavailable, a comparable Stud will be offered.
Provide high-quality care (food, water, exercise, socialization) while the Bitch is in our charge.
V. OWNER OF BITCH AGREES TO:
Payment: Pay 50% of the stud fee before service and the remaining 50% upon the litter’s birth.
Fee Deadline: All fees must be paid by the time the litter is 8 weeks old. Failure to pay may result in withheld registration or voided contracts.
Bitch Requirements: Ensure Bitch is between 12 months and 7 years old, in good health, and Brucellosis-free.
Security: Keep the Bitch strictly confined while in season to prevent accidental mating with other dogs.
Notifications: Notify the Stud owner immediately upon whelping. If no pregnancy occurs, notify the Stud owner in writing within 30 days of mating to secure a return service.
Media: Provide photos of the Bitch and surviving puppies for use in advertising.
Pick-of-Litter Terms (If applicable):
Stud owner chooses their puppy first (before any other sales/promises).
Bitch owner provides all vet care, tail docking, and dewclaw removal within 5 days of birth.
Bitch owner raises the puppy to 8 weeks of age at no cost to the Stud owner.
If only one (1) puppy is produced, that puppy goes to the Stud owner, and a free return service is granted.
Ethical Clause: No puppies from this mating shall be sold to resellers, research facilities, dog fighters, or individuals with animal cruelty convictions.
VI. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Liability: The Stud owner is not liable for illness, injury, or death of the Bitch resulting from mating or whelping.
Expenses: The Bitch owner is responsible for all transportation, veterinary, and litter registration costs.
Maintenance: Puppies must have tails docked and dewclaws removed within one week of birth.
Selection: Pick-of-litter must be chosen by the Stud owner by the time the puppies are 8 weeks old.
