Our Approach to Diet
We feed our puppies a high-quality diet and strongly suggest sticking to our recommendations based on years of experience.
Every dog is unique; a food that works perfectly for one puppy may not suit another, similar to how food allergies affect people.
Our priority is finding a balanced diet that works for the individual dog rather than following generic marketing trends.
Quality Standards
Since dog food is not strictly regulated by the FDA, we focus on proven results rather than labels.
While we avoid “junk food,” we prioritize nutrition that keeps our puppies healthy, energetic, and thriving.
Early Training
Start immediately: Boxers are highly intelligent and easy to train, but they require a firm foundation from day one.
Methods: Whether you choose professional classes or DIY training, consistency is key to ensuring your puppy grows into a well-behaved adult.
Molding Behavior: It is much easier to mold a young puppy than to correct the habits of an untrained adult dog.
Socialization & Personality
Continuing Progress: We begin the socialization process here, but it is vital that you continue it by exposing your puppy to new people, places, and sounds.
Unique Personalities: Like people, every Boxer has its own unique traits—early exposure helps create a confident, lifelong companion.
House Training
Initial Start: We begin the house-training process while the puppy is in our care.
New Owner Transition: Because of their young age at pickup, your puppy will only have a “head start”; you will need to continue their potty training routine once they arrive home.
Health Prep
Before you take your puppy for their initial series of shots, we will go over a full list of “Do’s and Don’ts” for vet visits.
This guide will help ensure the safety and health of your puppy during their first few appointments.
Immunization
Once the puppy shot series is complete, your puppy will have the necessary protection to safely explore more public environments.
